Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager (Hybrid-Flexible options)
Job Description
The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel ABM programs in close partnership with the Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Strategy and Product teams.
The candidate must have ABM experience, preferably in the financial services and/or technology industry, and should have experience in developing B2B marketing strategies and in building marketing campaigns and sales tools that deliver measurable results. In addition, the candidate must be able to thrive in a changing, highly complex, fast-paced environment
Work Modes: (Hybrid - Flexible Options)
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Further develop the Broadridge ABM strategy, building upon learnings from pilots over the last 12-18 months, to help Sales and Account Management deepen relationships and drive revenue at target accounts.
- Partner with Segment, Regional and central teams (Brand, Digital Events, PR) to leverage existing multi-channel campaigns while also testing new channels, approaches and technologies to drive greater engagement and leads.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management and Product teams to understand customer pain points and buying behaviors to ensure campaign content resonates and has impact.
- Track and measure marketing results against established KPIs; report progress and optimize efforts.
- Establish ABM best practices and share across the Marketing organization.
- Maintain a calendar of all ABM efforts to proactively keep Marketing colleagues and internal partners informed.
- Initiate and support new ideas, programs and processes to drive greater impact.
- Ensure all our marketing and communications effectively support and enhance the Broadridge brand.
Qualifications
- BA required
- Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing capacity, ideally within financial services, technology, or consulting firm; or agency.
- Experience with account based marketing and the following: content/collateral creation, digital channels (search, social, etc.), virtual events, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- Skilled in the following areas:
- Program management - ability to deliver end-to-end execution across multiple solutions
- Communications/presentation skills
- Change management/agility - displays a spirit of continuous improvement
- Relationship-building skills - able to develop networks throughout BR
- Influence -strong interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders and business support.
- Global mindset - experience and/or comfort working in a global organization
- Business acumen - displays some level of knowledge and awareness of the industries and businesses in which Broadridge and its competitors operate
- Marketing/brand acumen - experienced in several aspects of the B2B marketing mix
