Influencer Marketing is a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce.  As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle influencers the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease.  Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their earnings velocity.  We run nearly $3B of retail sales per year through the LTK platform and the LikeToKnow.it (LTK) consumer app has more than 1.5M monthly active consumers connecting directly with our network of influencers. We are expanding rapidly and have tremendous growth ahead. 

The Role

The ABM/Events Marketer will play a pivotal role as a member of our omni channel demand generation team.  The ideal candidate will work cross functionally with demand generation, product marketing, creator success, creator acquisition and content to produce and execute in person and virtual event strategies.  Passion for event planning, influencer marketing and driving results are a must!  

Primary Responsibilities

• ABM/Event Marketer will play a critical role in producing and executing compelling event experiences that in turn generate;
• Net new creators
• Creator growth 
• Creator satisfaction & retention
• The role supports execution of strategic event plans with touch points across the end-to-end journey.  Events include virtual & in person ranging from large scale (1:many) to small scale (1:1, 1:few).
• Flawlessly support the production and execution LTK signature in person event, LTKCon, to ensure KPI’s are achieved while adhering to the LTK brand promise.  
• Build & execute virtual and live streaming events to support creator acquisition, retention and agency partnerships. 
• Support account based and regional marketing strategies by delivering 1:1, 1:few personalized programs to top tier creator segments to help achieve sales & revenue targets.  
• Support the measurement, optimization & reporting of ABM/Event success.

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated marketing experience in demand generation, field, event, ABM or channel marketing
• Omni channel marketing program development, optimization, execution experience (ABM preferred)
• Successful event production and execution experience
• Excellent organizational, budget, project management and time management skill
• Ability to travel to different event venues around the country
• Entrepreneurial spirit. Thinks big and acts with urgency and focus, always with optimism for the future. Takes ownership and effectively maximizes return on marketing investment.
• Thrives in metrics and data-driven environments

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of demand generation, field, event planning, ABM or channel marketing
• Experience with both program development and execution across multiple channels (email, push, IAM, events, paid, etc.)
• Understanding of marketing technology landscape (i.e. event support, delivery and management tools, marketing automation platform (Braze), and CRM (Hubspot)
• Understanding of marketing KPI’s with ability to analyze and optimize.
