The Account-Based Marketing Manager will coordinate our outbound and ABM marketing efforts to help boost our acquisition strategy and up-level Branch’s digital presence across a number of channels. This role can work from Branch’s Minneapolis office, Tampa office, or remotely and will report directly to our Demand Generation Manager.
This role will create 1-Many, 1-Few, and 1-1 account based marketing campaigns targeting strategic named accounts. The ideal candidate is an effective collaborator with a strong skill set encompassing digital marketing, ABM, data, and optimization. You have a proven ability to develop, implement, track and scale new marketing initiatives across digital channels. You love working as a team and coordinating with sales and SDRs on business objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create targeted digital account-based marketing campaigns (ie. display, paid advertising, content syndication, emails, webinars, and landing pages) to help prospects understand, try, adopt, land, and expand into Branch’s product suite.
- Implement and manage digital campaigns to maximize reach and ad spent while staying within allocated monthly budgets.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify the right accounts, develop and test new messaging, and the key metrics to measure program impact.
- Apply technology and data to increase marketing reach, grow demand and streamline processes, as well as to inform decisions and improve targeting and campaign performance.
- Partner with revenue operations to drive ongoing communications, quarterly/annual business reviews and report on the overall success of the ABM program.
- Write campaign creative briefs and project manage the creation of campaign assets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, with 3+ years focusing on account-based marketing
- Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
- Ability to analyze and interpret datasets to derive insights. Must have a strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers to accelerate qualified leads to opportunities.
- Strong project management and communication skills to drive alignment and execution across sales and marketing teams.
- Experience working with an account-based marketing platform (Demandbase experience is a plus)
- Experience working with an marketing automation platform (Hubspot experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify topics
