Account Based Marketing Manager

The Role
As our Account Based Marketing Manager you will be an integral part of our Marketing team, owning and driving the strategy development and execution of any account based marketing projects and initiatives across the business. Your work will be invaluable to our Customer Success and Sales team and your role will involve working cross functionally with these teams as well as the CMO and Executive Sponsorship Programme, and Customer Advisory Board.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, development & execution of all ABM projects - how should we use customer case studies and testimonials to our advantage?
- Partner with the CMO to manage the Executive Sponsorship Program
- Assist our Customer Advisory Board by reviewing any and all agreements which affect PR or Marketing use
- Partnering with our Customer Success and our CPO to interviews clients for case studies and gather win/loss information for testimonials
- Drive qualified new business leads for our Sales team
- Writing compelling public-facing copy
- Creating marketing materials like pitch decks, web/email campaigns, etc.
- Map and research key target accounts
- Connect our Marketing strategy and brand to a specific account or need within the industry when needed
Requirements
Essential:
- 5+ years in Marketing, preferably all or mostly B2B with 2 or more in an ABM, campaign, or demand-gen
- Familiar with at least one of the following softwares: 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
- Expert level experience using marketing automation, preferably HubSpot
- Strong knowledge & understanding of retail sector
- Experience using different marketing channels (e.g. email, SEO, events, etc)
Nice to have:
- Digital advertising experience
- People management experience
- Global experience
- Project management software experience (we use Wrike and Notion)
