Aprimo is seeking an innovative and ambitious ABM Manager who will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and Growth. This individual will be responsible for planning and delivering ABM programs focused on customer expansion.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Aprimo is seeking an innovative and ambitious ABM Manager who will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and Growth. This individual will be responsible for planning and delivering ABM programs focused on customer expansion.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Support the Account Based Marketing strategy and execution planning, encompassing our multiple ABM tools
- Creating personalized campaigns which drive growth and expansion with existing customers
- Map and understand named account internal structures, motivations and usage patterns to inform delivery content and appropriate Aprimo products
- Using your account understanding, develop customized experiences for c-level targets and their influencers
- Liaising with key stakeholders including internal account teams, executive sponsors, and creative teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers
- Coming up with creative ways of engaging with key individuals and leveraging a range of channels and innovative techniques, including social media, tailored content, digital advertising, email, direct mail, webinars and events
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all activity, and using the results data to optimize strategies and improve return on investment across all the campaigns
- Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget
- Additional responsibilities and duties as required

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:
- The Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field
- 5 years' experience in ABM, multi-channel B2B marketing, or demonstrable expertise
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies such as 6sense, Qualified, Sendoso, Pardot, and techniques
- Adept user of ABM specific technologies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
- Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Must be able to perform light physical work that includes lifting or moving objects up to 20 lbs. or medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information, including conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly
- Must possess the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication at normal speaking levels
- Must be able to repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (i.e., repeated typing, etc.)

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
