Account Based Marketing Specialist

Actionstep is looking for an Account Based Marketing Specialist to build and execute multi-faceted direct marketing initiatives tailored toward our key accounts. Reporting to the Demand Gen Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and launching ABM and targeted marketing campaigns across our target GEOs that translate into pipeline, higher deal sizes, and faster conversions across the funnel. You will also own email marketing creation/refinement and performance, working with our in-market leadership to tailor and hone email campaigns for our target personas.

Your key responsibilities:

• ABM planning with calendared activities

• ABM campaign management

• Email campaign improvements

• Direct marketing systems optimization

• Email Content creation

This role is required to be in our LoDo Denver office two days a week.

• 3+ years of prior marketing experience including ABM and multi-channel campaign experience

• Ability and passion to build tactical marketing plans around business goals

• Decisive, with the ability to shift gears between thinking and doing

• Ability to evolve marketing programs based on performance and feedback

• Experience with robust CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach as well as other tools like Canva, Asana, or equivalent tools

• Strong project manager

• Motivated and resourceful self-starter

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to partner with various teams and stakeholders to drive results

• Highly analytical with a focus on metrics and outcomes
