Account-Based Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Role
Fusion's Account-Based Marketing Specialist will play a key role in coordinating the efforts of our marketing and sales teams. Utilizing account-based marketing strategies, you will develop content and campaigns to build a thriving sales pipeline. In this role you will:
Account-Based Marketing
- Strategize, build, and execute an Account-Based Marketing program to drive pipeline growth.
- Coordinate with leadership, sales and BDR teams to create target account lists and segments.
- Design and execute 1-to-1 and 1-to-few marketing campaigns to reach priority accounts and segments
- Engage with the BDR and sales team to optimize impact of marketing activities; ensure that accounts are being followed up with in a timely manner.
- Identify tool gaps and manage ABM software platform.
Account Profiles and Information
- Maintain a database of account profiles to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.
- Develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts.
- Identify gaps in target personas and contact information within strategic account profiles.
Content and Campaign Development
- Oversee content development and execution to support broader demand generation goals.
- Craft personalized messaging, advertisements, and campaign materials; work with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing.
- Implement strategies and campaigns to meet company pipeline targets.
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data analysis and feedback of campaign performance.
- Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years marketing experience, ideally in SaaS and/or technology marketing.
- Experience with campaign and content management.
- Experience in account-based marketing.
- Experience working with ABM tools preferred.
- The ability to work cross functionally, working closely with the BDR and sales teams as well as Product and Product Marketing.
- Experience building marketing programs and strategies.
- A highly motivated individual, able to take charge, improvise, and collaborate.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the states of New York, California, and Colorado.
