GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Account Coordination Manager or ACM's work with field and corporate sales to document and communicate the value our teams bring to key account portfolios. ACM's will grow and expand operating profit, conduct business reviews, visit customer locations, coordinating technical audits, document ESG projects, develop partnerships with key customer personnel, and work with the ChemTreat team to provide best in class results. In addition, the ACM will develop and grow assigned portfolios in collaboration with Corporate Account Manager and expand ChemTreat offerings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct business reviews at each customer location at a minimum of once per year. Standardize best practices and work with customers and local field teams to identify and correct performance gaps.
- Work with Corporate Account Managers to identify customer's key corporate and local drivers and to tailor ChemTreat's offerings to help customers achieve their goals.
- Partner with field sales to achieve customer KPI's and compile and communicate the results to our customer's and corporate team.
- Develop complete surveys of customer's teams to include engineering, procurement, local management, and system owners. Maintain a people map to help develop and maintain key relationships.
- Develop and update corporate "playbook" as required and share with field sales and corporate team.
- Achieve growth objective by maintaining existing customer base and expanding Chemtreat's offerings and selling new locations as well as price increases.
- Track ongoing customer sales and profitability and maintain targeted account profit and sales goals.
- Work with accounts payable and customer service to resolve purchase orders and billing issues.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entertain customers and prospects in accordance with ChemTreat's Entertainment Policy.
- Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
- Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Thorough understanding (or with the initiative/background to learn about) cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and chemical feed and control programs.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadership
- Organizational skills; Self-management
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition.
- Analytical skills: ability to compile and synthesize information.
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve a goal.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Bachelors' degree: in a technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of water treatment sales experience would be ideal.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience or project management experience in a business-to-business sales environment or engineering support.
- Travel expectations of 25 - 50%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- May require long hours & varied work schedules
- Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
- Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
- Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 pounds and sometimes required to maneuver drums weighing 250-800 pounds
- Occasionally required to climb stairs and ladders and work at high elevations for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally required to drive both short and long distances, not to exceed DOT regulations
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
- Working environment could be in a variety of settings to include steel mills, refineries, chemical plants, manufacturing plants, food and beverage plants, and waste treatment plants etc.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Pay is dependent upon factors including experience, skill set, and geography. The pay range for this role is $74,500 - $130,300 and may also be eligible for bonus, incentive pay, and commission.
