The Role:
As we grow our organization, we are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing individual to join the account management team. The Account Coordinator will join our fast-growing team and manage the SMB accounts (small and medium business) across the United States. The Account Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating, training, and maintaining the relationships with our SMB accounts to promote maximum usage of the product. Our team and this role spends Monday through Friday each week working together in-person, in our Las Vegas HQ office.
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate, maintain and execute the day-to-day activities associated with SMB accounts.
- Conduct online pre-training and training sessions for accounts.Â
- Establish/maintain relationships, and engage in daily communication with accounts to promote product usage and meet growth targets.
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet expectations and company goals.
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in an efficient and timely manner.
- Review and analyze account performance / revenue data and strategize on ways to improve.
- Set monthly goals for Sunbit activity with upper management and associates.
- Manage and track all account activity within our CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Variable, rotating duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Preferred 2+ years experience in an Account Management or Partner Success capacity
- Excellent verbal & written communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in leading and training accounts
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with othersÂ
- Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated individual who is hungry for success
- Highly efficient and organized
- Proven experience in putting together business plans and data analysis
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce
- Sales experience a plus
