The Account Coordinator role is an entry-point for a career in Account Management. While B2B and software sales or account management experience are not required, they can be a differentiator.

About the Account Coordinator Role

The Account Coordinator is the logistical keystone for the Account Management team when working with our existing customers. You coordinate meetings with our Account Managers, and ensure they have updated information on our customers to maximize their effectiveness.

This is not an outbounding/prospecting role. We will give you a steady stream of existing clients who are positioned for upgrades and/or renewals.

In this role, you will be:

  • Leveraging various platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more to ensure our customer information is up to date
  • Identifying opportunities amongst our existing customer base
  • Setting appointments with Files.com AMs to further engage with our customers
  • Learning the entire Account Management process at Files.com and experiencing Account Management at a successful software startup.
