Account Coordinator

Position Overview:
Echo is seeking an Account Coordinator for our Financial Operations department. The Account Coordinator will manage client billing for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on resolving outstanding issues resulting in aging client invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service by understanding, and then exceeding expectations - externally with Echo's clients and internally with partner departments
- Collaborate with sales and clients on issues such as price discrepancies, document management, and billing requirements, to reduce aging client invoices
- Effectively communicate account statuses with accounts receivable including providing remittance details for client payments, and determine accounts that are uncollectable
- Provide account overview and progress reporting to management weekly and monthly
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, some college preferred
- High level of customer service skills
- Can display a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in and Excel
Work environment/physical demands summary:
This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
