Account Coordinator

An Account Coordinator who will help manage our client deliverables, including print marketing materials for feature film studios and television/cable networks.  This role will assist experienced project managers and learn the tricks of the trade of this exciting industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outgoing presentations: proofreading, ensuring requested client notes have been incorporated
• Account management administrative duties, including scheduling internal staff and updating project management grid 
• Organizing and providing photo assets and data to Freelance staff
• Coordinating client or stock photo assets with Photo department

Qualifications

• Max two years previous experience in a project management role in advertising/marketing and/or entertainment
• Background in art and/or design a huge bonus
• Passion for all things film, TV, and pop culture

Skills

• Proficiency in Slack, Trello, Google Workspace
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Concise, versatile communicator
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Please note that while this role can be remote, candidates are welcome to work hybrid or full-time in our Sherman Oaks office.
