As a member of the Client Services team, you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Sales, Trading, Analysis and Product. Not only within Canada but across our Global footprint. This presents a fantastic opportunity to gain a holistic view of the business and how it works. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administrative duties;
- CRM (Salesforce) â IO creation and all associated administration tasks required for assigned accounts.
- Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes etc.Â
- Supporting Sales/ AM teams in the creation of campaign proposals
- Supporting the campaign activation teams by ensuring all relevant assets are gathered and campaigns run smoothly.Â
- Creating and sharing campaign screenshots and assisting in reporting mid and post campaigns.Â
- Supporting with Insight planning and creation
- Inputs â Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors.
- Helping the AE and AMâs with Internal project managementÂ
- Maintaining the highest level of service both internally and externally
- Ensuring / the integrity of the G drive and relevant documents are saved centrallyÂ
- Maintaining & updating campaign trackerÂ
Finance
- Tracking of missing PO numbers & invoices queries Â
- Maintaining the integrity of Vision financial reportÂ
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Working in a team environment
- Customer service experience preferable
