As an Account Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our account management team to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Additionally, your strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships will be key in effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.

Responsible For:
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide project updates and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop and execute creative assets
- Coordinate meetings and presentations, preparing necessary materials and documentation
- Proactively work with Account Supervisors and Directors on client-related deliverables
- Executing client requests within Drake Cooper systems and processes
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and information
- Prior agency experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Learner mindset
