Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing administrative guidance and support across all team services and functions including ownership of various control documents and team SharePoint sites. This role enables superior team delivery performance.
Job Description
Job Duties:
- Maintain team roster summary and organization chart in Fidelity & C&W Teams
- Maintain team PTO & travel calendars in Fidelity Teams
- Maintain team technology control document that includes Fidelity laptops and C&W mobile phones and laptops - separate .xlsx file in Fidelity Teams
- Maintain Teams sites in both Fidelity and C&W environments
- Team onboarding and offboarding expert for both Fidelity & C&W processes including provisioning of new technology and all entries and terminations within Fidelity's ProSource application
- Ensures compliance within Fidelity's ProSource system for all supplier employees across Investor Center and Corporate Office portfolios
- Team communication expert for both Fidelity & C&W systems including Workday
- Provides procurement workstream support including securing and updating current Certificates of Insurance into Corrigo
- Provides backup support for Investor Center FM workstream during individual PTO and as needed
- Provides backup support for creation of purchase orders within Fidelity's Ariba system
- Schedules meetings and capture & distribute meeting notes
- Serves as training coordinator for all services, excluding Safety Skills (handled by Brian Funk), covering both C&W and vendor personnel, and in coordination with all C&W team leads
- Maintains Service Edge for Corporate Offices portfolio vendors and acts as backup for Investor Center portfolio
