Account Coordinator

The company solves these issues through their “Virtual Pharmacist” software platform, which combines data science and clinical expertise to develop personalized care plans for patients and their care teams.

Arine works with leading healthcare organizations to provide and facilitate clinical interventions that have resulted in significant health improvement for patients and cost savings for customers.

The role

Arine is seeking an Account Coordinator to help with Client needs and be front line support for our Client Success Team. The ideal candidate is excited to grow their career in Client Success and operates well in a fast moving environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee day to day needs of clients - troubleshooting issues and ensuring help desk tickets are being addressed. 
• Coordinate meetings, deliver minutes, and track action items
• Track weekly progress towards program goals. Monitor how we are meeting client objectives and what barriers or obstacles are present. 
• Support delivery of Quarterly Business Review presentations and other client-facing tools 
• Serve as liaison to coordinate client needs with other internal departments, such as data science, engineering, and implementation teams
• Serve as an internal resource for communicating updates to clients as needed
• Answer ongoing product questions from the client
• Escalate issues and opportunities to Client Success Lead
• Enable Client Success Lead to focus on growth and strategy with clients 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of experience working in a client facing role
• Well organized and a creative problem solver
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and solve for near term deliverables
• A determined attitude to get things done
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with grace, efficiency, and ownership
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed to support clients
