Creative Plastics is a designer and manufacturer of award winning, quality displays for a variety of markets, including retailers in the Health & Beauty Sector.

We are looking for a motivated Account Coordinatorto provide sales support to our Health & Beauty customers.

As a Account Coordinator you'll work under the direction of a Sr. Account Manager as liaison to Project Managers and Internal Teams to assure project details and tasks are organized, communicated and completed in a timely manner so that the needs of the customer are being met. Successful Account Coordinatormust be proactive, possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sr. Account Manager with project deadlines.
• Manage program timelines and ensure all milestones are being met.
• Document, organize and disperse project details.
• Relentlessly follow up and communicate to assure all pertinent parties are up to date on the status of project task and milestones.
• Assure project details and documents are organized, up to date and accessible.
• Problem solve and expedite the resolution of customer issues that arise.

Requirements

• Marketing or other Business related degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) to clearly articulate project details.
• Ability to build relationships with internal team and customers.
• Strong user of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Great organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment as well a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
