Our new Account Coordinator will help support business growth among our existing global clients. You will work collaboratively with the Client Services Team and cross-disciplinary leads to understand Designit capabilities, align to client needs and ensure successful project engagement.Â
This role is perfectly suited for a motivated new or recent graduate with +/- 1 year of experience in an agency or related creative industry setting. You will support multiple workstreams and manage day-to-day activities for key clients and/or prospects, while continuing to support new opportunities to expand Designit services.Â

- Partner with Account and Project Management Team’s, drive resourcing, onboarding, and ongoing support as a part of the delivery team
- Stay up-to-date and informed on activities that are occurring within each project on the account, act as a detail-oriented check point on all documentation/deliverables before they go to Client. This includes budget, project plan, samples/concepts, and deliverables
- Assist team to achieve client KPIs and ensuring overall positive client satisfactionÂ
- Work with Account and Finance Team’s to Lead internal company agreement (ICA) and invoicing requirements, submissions, and approvals on an ongoing basis
- Assist with creating proposals and SOWs to drive account growth
- Help the team build strong relationships with your clients; supporting in strategic counsel, issue resolution, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns
- Assist with account planning development, general business rhythms for internal reporting and continued client communication for assigned projects, and creative/business brief, budgets, and planning in collaboration with PMO
- Join an established Account Team, work hard, have fun, and learn the agency business inside and out Â
We would like you to have...
- A Bachelor’s degree and +/- 1 year of professional experience, ideally in account management, business development, project management or customer service deliveryÂ
- Experience tracking and reporting across clients and their individual projectsÂ
- Demonstrated ability in learning tools and processes, effectively utilizing them for superior delivery
- Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce (nice to have, not required)
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlinesÂ
- The ability to travel to the company office or client site when appropriate (US-based)Â
- An interest in the creative industry (advertising, marketing, design, innovation)
- Innate curiosity and a desire to learn

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
