Job Summary
The Account Coordinator is a role that is super tuned into workflow and the needs of our Account Management, Creative Services, and Executive Teams. You know each person's roles and responsibilities, and you know how and where to direct things, when to follow-up, and how hard to press in order to get the answers you need to help keep projects flowing smoothly and on time. You are a strong collaborator that works closely with internal teams and Executives, and you're also tuned into agency-wide operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting Executive team members with organizing and executing a variety of day-to-day agency processes and projects.
- Develop, organize and maintain all necessary project timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, meeting notes and proper documentation in partnership with Executives and the account management team.
- Coordinate and set up meetings, and attend internal and external meetings as necessary to help track and identify next steps.
- Assist in all facets of the agency including but not limited to account management and creative as directed.
- Stay current with industry news to continually expand knowledge.
- Recognize and flag potential project and timeline changes to the appropriate parties.
- Perform other duties and fulfill responsibilities as assigned.
- Lead Internal Projects, Culture & Traditions as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of monthly all agency gatherings and employee recognition.
- Support logistical planning when it comes to internal meetings respecting OS protocols in addition to any IT or catering requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months in a creative advertising agency setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A sincere drive and ambition with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to being flexible
- Action-oriented and flexible to rapidly changing priorities with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions and has a natural focus on making things happen
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado $26.20 to $49.86
New York $24.28 to $57.69
Washington $27.93 to $53.08
