Account Coordinators are instrumental in the execution of client programs and are a critical part of our team. The individual will support Account Managers and Account Directors in day-to-day project tasks, and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Account Coordinator will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment in the field of experiential marketing, where everyday is different. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, hard-working and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Service Team for a large client, specific to the alcohol beverage industry to include (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, monthly program planning, budgeting, team organization, etc.
- Work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients (Creative, Strategy, Production).
- Partner and manage a variety of vendor relationships.
- Some travel may be required.
- Other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Agency Experience or previous internship is a plus.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
- Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
- Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset
- Pleasant, positive attitude.
- Time management - ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Available for periodic travel, some nights and weekends required for event execution
