Job Summary

RPA is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Retail Digital Evergreen & CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) team. The Account Coordinator position requires working closely with account, project management, creative and production teams as well as some direct client contact. Ideally, the applicant will have experience assisting with production of video and/or digital display. The Account Coordinator must be positive, motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful. It is essential the applicant have a proven ability to prioritize while managing multiple projects in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Automotive experience or interest is a plus. This is an entry level position and does not require a college degree.

What You’ll Be Working On 

• Will assist account and production teams open jobs, prepare for client presentations, procure assets, and manage small- to medium scale projects
• Coordinate monthly client billing and third-party legal approvals
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve campaign and business goals
• Provide feedback in internal reviews and deliver consolidated feedback to internal teams
• Facilitate client-facing meetings and communications
• Individual will need to be extremely detail-oriented and able to coordinate several aspects of production 

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

• Computer Skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint Mandatory
•  Able to juggle several projects simultaneously
• Automotive enthusiast a plus
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a problem-solver
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work both independently and within a team environment

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $21.98.
