Account Coordinator, MSP Accounts
Job Description
Job Summary
The Coordinator, Account Management coordinates activities and provides administrative support to an Account Management team. This position verifies, audits, and ensures that department policies, procedures and instructions are adhered to.
Job Responsibilities
- Works with management to plan and execute activities and logistics in alignment with department goals.
- Ensures smooth execution of department activities.
- Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
- Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
- Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
- May manage expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes.
- Prepares and produces reports, records, and directives and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
