Account Coordinator, Tech & Innovation
Job Description
SGPR is growing & seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Tech & Innovation team, working with clients like Esusu and a leading VC. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the administrative functions of the team. With a keen attention to detail, the Account Coordinator maintains organized work streams and files, monitors media for client opportunities and contributes to team brainstorms. Â

We've handled mergers for GE, announced Esusu as one of the first Black-owned tech unicorns, and revealed the “world’s first influencer airline” for Coachella.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Work alongside hub leader to manage administrative tasks for a variety of exciting, fast growing clients including an impact-driven real estate tech company to a leading VC.
- Keep the team organized by being the keeper of monthly activity reports, weekly call agendas + notes thereafter, and assist with wrap reports/decks as needed
- Pulse search engines, alerts and social media to ensure all client placements and mentions are monitored, captured and interpreted
- Furnish consistent, quality media placements every month across an array of press verticals that support clients goals + initiatives
- Brainstorm innovative ways to create ownable media moments for clients and obtain editor attention with evergreen angles
