Account Coordinator, Tech & Innovation

SGPR is growing & seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Tech & Innovation team, working with clients like Esusu and a leading VC. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the administrative functions of the team. With a keen attention to detail, the Account Coordinator maintains organized work streams and files, monitors media for client opportunities and contributes to team brainstorms.

We've handled mergers for GE, announced Esusu as one of the first Black-owned tech unicorns, and revealed the “world’s first influencer airline” for Coachella.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Work alongside hub leader to manage administrative tasks for a variety of exciting, fast growing clients including an impact-driven real estate tech company to a leading VC.
• Keep the team organized by being the keeper of monthly activity reports, weekly call agendas + notes thereafter, and assist with wrap reports/decks as needed
• Pulse search engines, alerts and social media to ensure all client placements and mentions are monitored, captured and interpreted
• Furnish consistent, quality media placements every month across an array of press verticals that support clients goals + initiatives
• Brainstorm innovative ways to create ownable media moments for clients and obtain editor attention with evergreen angles
