iCrossing is looking for an Account Director who has a winning mentality and attitude. You will be empowered to manage your client relationships, providing key strategic input to develop innovation, experience and marketing programs that deliver business results.You will lead the client engagement team acting as the client-centric contributor to help shape the approach, presentation and packaging with your UX, Creative, Project Management, and Technology and Strategy partners.

What you'll do

  • Builds and maintains client relationships; conscientious and proactive in bringing forward creative and strategic opportunities with a full understanding of the business
  • Earn the role of a trusted advisor by developing deep expertise in every aspect of the client's business and proposing solutions that benefit both client and agency
  • Provide leadership in the development of strategic plans that will grow client business as well as generate incremental billings and income
  • Create an environment where clients and the agency team can confidently collaborate through challenges and actively help resolve escalated issues
  • Makes client contacts that will strengthen the agency/client relationship
  • Leads major client presentations
  • Work with all departments on strategy, research and results measurement
  • Oversee the client planning process, including situation analysis, consumer understanding, and roadmap development
  • Successfully builds and manages trust with multiple senior stakeholders, partners and clients to ensure we reach successful outcomes for both the client
  • Author annual growth strategy, accurately forecast account revenue, and ensure the team has what's necessary to achieve those goals.

Who you are

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Excellent public speaker with demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Relationship builder who partners with clients and multi-disciplinary team members to help achieve business goals.
  • Consistent student of the industry, the marketplace, culture and consumer trends to identify opportunities and help keep clients and colleagues at the forefront of industry developments
  • Understanding of end-to-end project delivery covering multiple projects.
  • Can foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary teams
  • Uses alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems
  • Can define solutions that generate measurable results for our clients
  • Can prepare proposal deck in order to make a new project / business
