Account Director

We are looking for a Global Account Director based in Grenoble, France
Responsibilities
- Lead and hierarchically and Manage a European Global Account team.
- Full portfolio responsibility including EDA, IP, Design Services and Consulting Services.
- Accountability for Booking and Revenue numbers.
- Together with the extended team, drive and execute meticulous Account planning, identify areas of growth and lead the team to convert the plan to reality.
- Focus on Customer Success, Value Base Selling, Consultative selling.
- Foster Executive relationships and Executive alignment between the 2 companies to become trusted Partner.
- Communicate internally and steer field technical teams and R&D teams to deliver solutions specific to customer’s organizations.
- Communicate internally with Support functions in Legal, Finance, HR.
- Financial Engineering of Multi Year Agreements and project specific agreements, including business terms, legal term, technical content.
Skills and Experience required:
- Master’s degree in engineering or related. A Degree in Business is a plus.
- 10+ years of Technical Sales experience in EMEA.
- Track record of success managing a team of Senior Sales Executives
- Experience building client relationships with successful track record of achieving personal and regional revenue targets YoY.
- Ability to leverage skills and knowledge of people in the extended team.
- Demonstrated ability to solution selling,
- Understand and strategize based on the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation.
- Team Player.
- Ability to build ROI based business cases to justify investments.
- Languages: French and English fluent. Italian language is a plus.
