About this job
iCrossing is looking for an Account Director who has a winning mentality and attitude. You will be empowered to manage your client relationships, providing key strategic input to develop innovation, digital experience and digital marketing programs that deliver business results.You will lead the client engagement team acting as the client-centric contributor to help shape the approach, presentation and packaging with your UX, Creative, Project Management, Technology, and Strategy partners. You will also represent the agency and find ways to build relationships with other integrated account team members to ensure client success.
What you'll do
- Direct the growth, management, retention, and satisfaction of key accounts.
- Administer the day-to-day execution, analysis, management, and communication of client revenue activity and post-care sales support.
- Utilize and demonstrate digital marketing ability to lead clients strategically and tactically.
- Provide engagement leadership to be regarded by the client as an expert and trusted advisor.
- Develop solid relationships with key client contacts of organizations to learn about projects and opportunities.
- Develop and implement actions to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall business.
- Motivate and lead internal teams to develop and manage programs that meet clients' business objectives and help employees succeed.
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in an agency, consultancy, or equivalent organization.
- Curious, strategically minded marketer interested in a dynamic range of topics that affect a client's business - including cultural trends, changes in how brands serve their customers, how technology is powering marketing innovation, and marketing optimization.
- Relationship builder who partners with clients and multi-disciplinary team members to help achieve business goals.
- Experienced working with a large organization and helping teams navigate client environments.
- Passionate about experience design and technology for digital products and services.
- Understanding of end-to-end project delivery covering multiple projects.
- Understanding of how to work in a fast-moving, hands-on work culture as a player and a coach.
- Confident leading virtual and in-person client meetings that balance iCrossing goals with client needs.
- Beauty experience a plus, but not required.
