The PositionA manager of flawless project execution. You’ve mastered juggling multiple projects on accounts and are beginning to develop a thoughtful and confident approach to interacting with clients. We are looking for a utility player, someone who understands the media landscape, can craft external proactive and reputational protection strategies. Our growing team is looking for an exceptional writer and researcher who can anticipate the communications landscape as well as potential issues and develop communications plans for clients. This professional will be flexible and able to balance multiple assignments at once. An understanding of hospital systems and healthcare, as well as health tech, is a plus. You are thoughtful in looking for unique storylines that will generate media interest, as well as an eye for thought leadership.

The ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with others to successfully complete projects and benchmark results, from creative and business writing to event management and thought leadership campaigns
- Begin to form a strong client relationship, earning the reputation of a reliable, thoughtful project lead
- Manage several projects at one time, finessing your ability to deliver high quality work under tight timelines, when required
- Serve as first line of defense to answer colleagues’ questions and act as a sounding board when they encounter roadblocks
- Draft materials, from communications plans and media strategies to reactive statements and executive messaging
- I led a client call solo—and we got everything we needed done!
- A client called me with an urgent ask and I handled it with ease.
- I got a media placement that the client loves.
- I proposed a new way of framing a client’s position and it led to great engagement on an executive’s LinkedIn page
- Part of the campaign I’m leading got C-suite attention!
- I’m regularly invited to creative brainstorms because of my reputation for inventive thinking!
- 4+ years of agency or in-house experience required
- Health care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in an open office environment
- Ability to multitask, and delegate, working in a high-volume environmentÂ
- Discernment to protect confidential information, both verbal and written
