We are flexible on location, and our Headquarters is in NYC.

Expect to:

• Join a small, collaborative, and highly skilled consultative sales team that is working a wide-open global sales territory behind a very powerful media brand
• Own a large regional territory (flexible based on your strengths and preferences) and identify/approach C-Level and Senior HR Executives (at organizations $1B+ of annual revenue) to establish new business
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to prospecting through close (and beyond if you choose)
• Collaborate with internal resources and your external network to prioritize and penetrate prospective client organizations; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive new business
• Receive uncapped commission and unlimited career growth potential on this quickly growing team

Who we are looking for:

• 5-10 years of quota-bearing sales experience (HR industry experience a plus)
• Consistent track record of overachievement of annual sales quota
• Ability to prospect and manage C-Level and Senior HR Relationships within large organizations ($1B+ of annual revenue)
• Excellent executive presence and the ability to lead and close a complex sales process
• Someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and is seeking an entrepreneurial environment behind a large brand
