Account Director, North America Marketing Communications
Job Description
BCW is looking for an Account Director to join our North America Marketing Communications (NA MarComms) team.
This individual will be responsible for supporting both BCW North America internal communications and BCW's brand awareness and reputation among multiple key stakeholder audiences (clients, prospects, talent, industry influencers) and generating demand for our services.

For this particular role, the right candidate will have a can-do, roll-your-sleeves up attitude, be a self-starter, highly organized and proficient in project management, adept at building relationships, securing buy-in and managing up to multiple stakeholders within the agency environment and be willing to learn new skills and disciplines on the fly.

What is the work?
- Provide support in marketing communications strategies to create positive visibility for BCW in the marketplace
- Own executive visibility and internal communications support for BCW's Senior Leadership team
- Lead strategy and development of the North America Community page on BCW Connect, BCW's primary communications platform
- Own BCW's North America weekly newsletter: strategy, content development and weekly deployment
- Collaborate with team members to own project management tasks around internal communications projects (including but not limited to design and creative projects)
- Provide support for other internal communications initiatives in partnership with other functions within NA (North America)
- Support and address the broader MarComms needs of the organization including:
Experience that contributes to your success:
- 8+ years of marketing communications experience; some PR agency experience preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Experience operationalizing a vision and strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail
- Ability to write for senior level management adapting tone and style
- Ability to manage complex relationships diplomatically and consultatively
- Ability to think innovatively; develop creative solutions and new programs
- Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups
