Founded in 2013 and based in Lafayette, Louisiana, Waitr operates an online ordering technology platform, providing delivery, carryout and dine-in options. Waitr, along with Bite Squad and Delivery Dudes, connect local restaurants and grocery stores to diners in underserved U.S. markets. Additionally, Waitr facilitates access to third parties that provide payment processing solutions for restaurants and other merchants. Together, they are a convenient way to discover, order and receive great food and other products from local restaurants, national chains and grocery stores. As of March 31, 2022, Waitr, Bite Squad and Delivery Dudes operate in approximately 1,000 cities throughout the United States.

Even though your first role with ProMerchant is an entry-level sales position, our employees are actually Account Directors. You will be taught very specific communication strategies and tactics that will transform your powers of persuasion into a fine-tuned weapon, that can be utilized in any job or personal situation.

Essential Functions
  • Qualify and close incoming leads
  • Maintain lasting business relationships with all clients
  • Provide necessary guidance and information on products sold
  • Assist company in achieving monthly and annual goals



Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently
  • High sense of ethics, team work, drive, and self-discipline
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and fellow team members
  • Desire to guide and support incoming colleagues
  • Ability to work Mon – Fri: 9 am to 6 pm

  • Base salary falls between $40,000-$45,000 annually (base salary + commission)
