The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
The Webscale Team at Nokia is one of the most strategic and fastest growing customer segments in the company. You will lead a matrixed, cross-fuctional team of Engineers, Sales Operations, Supply Chian, Program MAnagers and Sales Professionals to deliver extraordinary results in one of Nokia's most important Webscale Customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver compelling technology solutions to the world's most innovative companies.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
- develop and communicate a multi-year strategy to deliver a 9-figure revenue plan
- identify and build relationships that will enable Nokia to grow current footprint and to establish new beach-heads for business growth in the coming years
- research and understand industry trends and market dynamics that drive customer behavior and open up new opportunities for Nokia to deliver compelling technology solutions to the Webscale space
- understand the competitive landscape - both in terms of Nokia competitors, and in terms of our customers' competitors - to best position Nokia strengths to win mindshare and wallet share.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- At least 12 years of Sales experience selling as an Individual Contributor or Team Lead into a Fortune 100 Account Base is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of success in technology sales; a career marked by extraordinary sales results
- Deep knowledge of Network Infrastructure technologies, Cloud, and Webscale market segments
It would be nice if you also had:
- Recent experience with one of the top 4 Networking Infrastructure companies
- Recent experience and relationships at one of the top 5 Cloud companies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
