Account Executive

Your Role:

• Prepare a full set of accounts, including management accounts, ensuring completion within the HQ deadline (5th working day of the month).
• Manage account receivables and payables, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Process staff claims in compliance with company policies.
• Handle intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
• Assist in preparing for statutory audits and tax filings.
• Support the Finance Manager in improving reporting quality and strengthening internal control systems.
• Perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned.
• Liaise and closely work together with internal departments.

Your Profile:

• Minimum Education: Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting.
• Experience with Autocount ERP system is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent skills in task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy.
• Good sense of urgency.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication skill and capability of problem-solving and team working.
