We are searching for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. This candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, engaging with multiple client contacts and collaborating daily with internal team members and agency partners to deliver impactful advertising and marketing solutions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with all internal agency departments from, but not limited to, creative, strategy, media, analytics, content, digital, production, etc.
- Manage select initiatives of client’s business and work products from project intake through design and delivery
- Collaborating with external partner agencies in the development of research, PR initiatives, social media campaigns, and ROI modeling.
- Manage the daily operations and communications of the account to ensure satisfied clients and timely deliverables – including the delivery of various stakeholder management reports at a regular cadence.
- Set up internal and client meetings including logistics, attendee confirmations, technology access, etc.
- Recap all client meetings with client-ready conference reports and issue within 24 hours of call/meeting
- Key participant in weekly client status calls with the support of the Sr. Account Supervisor (as needed)
- Generate estimates, work orders, change requests, SOWs, ISRs, BWOs, POs, COTs, and all other relevant documents required to route and complete projects through the CE systems
- Responsible for maintaining and issuing updated monthly budget trackerÂ
- Support Account and Strategy teams in review, collection, and analysis of industry reports and trends to make proactive recommendations to advance a campaign and/or the client’s business initiatives
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Operation Specialists to prepare comprehensive project timelines as requested by Sr. Account Supervisor
- Communicate shifts in project timelines with the client, while proactively raising a flag to the Sr. Account Supervisor on critical shifts affecting live/production dates
- Hold internal teams, partner agencies, and client contacts accountable for meeting deadlines within shared project timelines
- Assist in building Keynote presentations for creative briefs and client presentations including proofing and printing copies
- Track production of all projects
- Work with the various departments to ensure each step of the creative process is followed (client/internal reviews, routing, work orders, proofing, legal, etc)
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Show consistent excellence in client service and in building a trusting partnership with the client
- Work with production leads to manage the production process; ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns
- Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve issues as appropriate with the support of Sr. Account Supervisors
- Demonstrate attention to detail and follow-through skills with internal/external teams
- Complete assignments and/or agreements within deadlines
- Work with department leads (Account, Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Search) to keep all team members abreast of project status and timeline shifts
MUST BE ABLE TO:
- Work collaboratively with multiple client groups, partner agencies, and internal teams
- Must be able to understand and work within a multi-layered client organization structure with rigor and patience
- This role will be 60 percent content focused and 40 percent brand focused
- Multitask, managing multiple projects across a wide variety of mediums simultaneously
- Self-start and problem solve
- Potential infrequent travel for shoots or event activations when safely approved to do so in the future
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years of Account Management experience
- Experience in the Consumer and B2B markets is desirable
- A degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Integrated experience in TV, Radio, Online, OOH, and Print media with a proven track record of multitaskingÂ
- Proficient at problem-solving and brainstorming for solutions
- Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and paid media
- Highly detailed oriented and can work in a fast pace environment
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism
- Sense of humor, empathy, patience, and passion for the work
- Strong work ethic, empathy, patient, process-driven and a knack for getting things done
