We are looking for a seasoned salesperson to drive sales for This is Alabama, a brand that celebrates our great state by uncovering the amazing people, places and experiences Alabama has to offer through inspiring videos, photos and articles.

Come work for Alabama's largest news and entertainment network selling multimedia campaigns including print, digital display, search engine marketing, social media marketing, video, content marketing, and many more. This role will focus on securing brand sponsorships with statewide companies. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that is excited to build their own business independently, and as part of a team. The ideal candidate has experience with a needs-based sales approach, creating custom digital and print advertising campaigns, and brand sponsorships.

We will expect you to grow your client list. An average day for you might include prospecting new business, holding several meetings with current/prospective clients, and pitching a strategic campaign to a team of executives.

You will be expected to consistently build your sales funnel and work to close business at a high velocity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in relationship selling and account development (digital tactics preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Proven success of exceeding new business revenue goals and growing existing account base.
