About the Job

Love-live full cycle AE’s! You will roll up your sleeves to execute the full sales cycle and be a key contributor on a high-performing inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales presence, a bias towards action, and deep knowledge of SaaS. You will be working directly with the founding team and be involved in the early stages of the company’s development.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: New York preferred, open to remote (some travel required)

Where you'll make an impact:

  • Execute on defined full sales cycle for new SaaS products in the scrap yard space and help us iterate on our processes
  • Mentor teammates to ensure we hit our sales and revenue goals
  • Build, test and refine sales processes to support revenue growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, Ops and Product to maximize team success - from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs
  • Effectively communicate strategy, objectives, and performance results cross-functionally
  • Represent, speak and set the tone for our cultural values as one our early hires

You'll be successful if you have:

  • Experience testing, iterating and executing with new creative sales tactics and processes 
  • History of pre-selling new products and upselling existing customers

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a high growth sales environment, preferably a B2B SaaS sales experience with strong track record of achieving results and exceeding quota
  • Effectively use repeatable sales process to build out sales territory
  • Excellent communication and pipeline management skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales tools, email automation and other sales tools
  • Experience selling into industrial sectors a plus
