Force Therapeutics is a SaaS, digital therapeutics platform that is helping hospitals and surgeons better manage and control what happens outside the four-walls of the traditional healthcare system. About the Position:
We are hiring an Account Executive to join our growing Commercial team. Force approaches business development through a clinical lens, and the Commercial team works closely with Marketing, Client Success & Strategy, and Product teams to thoughtfully and consistently improve our go-to-market approach.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to team achieving new logo targets for assigned prospect segments
- Build and maintain deep relationships with prospects
- Leverage sales and industry expertise to design and sell the best Force solution for each opportunityÂ
- Manage full sales process for each qualified opportunity in assigned segment, from introduction to product demonstrations to business case and mutual action plan creation to contract execution
- Uphold sales process best practices (updating SalesForce, completing MBOs, leveraging client-title mapping, building MAPs, etc)
- Facilitate smooth hand-off of closed / won opportunities to Client Success & Strategy team for fast implementation
- Actively prospect and source qualified new logo opportunities (in collaboration with Marketing team)
- Contribute to internal and market-facing thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across Force to on commercial and company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 2-5 years SaaS sales experience in the healthcare industry (required)
- Experience selling into the MSK space, ideally with a focus in on Health systems, ASC’s and private practicesÂ
- A track record of managing multiple opportunities across a broad customer networkÂ
- Motivation and demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding performance targets
- Excellent task management, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced work environmentÂ
- Experience or passion to drive business growth + strategy as part of an innovative health tech company
- Excellent questioning, listening, and storytelling skills
- Grit and tenacity - will not give up when things are difficult
- Solution-oriented and able to take constructive feedback
- Strong ability to influence others, primarily through emails and video callsÂ
- Ability to travel nationally as needed (although most of our sales process is currently remote)
Compensation and Benefits:Â
- Salary range between $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience and location plus Commission
