Everbridge, a rapidly growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This is a remote, home-based role open to candidates anywhere in Australia.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling Everbridgeโs Control Center solution to enterprise customers. Your focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers across multiple departments within target organizations to close larger, complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of target buyers, industry trends, Everbridge products, and competitors.
- Identify, prospect, and generate new opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate the ability to engage and sell to multiple stakeholders within an organization.
- Utilize a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to execute targeted campaigns to key buyers.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Accurately manage, forecast, and track opportunities using Salesforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in Security Software sales to large government and commercial accounts.
- 8+ years of experience selling into large Critical Infrastructure organizations.
- Strong expertise in security systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
- Exceptional skills in relationship-building, consulting, and solution mapping.
- Demonstrated success as a โhunterโ with a focus on new business development.
- Background in Security Operations, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, or Recovery is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Candidates MUST have a background in physical security systems.
