Everbridge, a rapidly growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This is a remote, home-based role open to candidates anywhere in Australia.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling Everbridgeโ€™s Control Center solution to enterprise customers. Your focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers across multiple departments within target organizations to close larger, complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of target buyers, industry trends, Everbridge products, and competitors.
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage and sell to multiple stakeholders within an organization.
  • Utilize a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to execute targeted campaigns to key buyers.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Accurately manage, forecast, and track opportunities using Salesforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Security Software sales to large government and commercial accounts.
  • 8+ years of experience selling into large Critical Infrastructure organizations.
  • Strong expertise in security systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship-building, consulting, and solution mapping.
  • Demonstrated success as a โ€œhunterโ€ with a focus on new business development.
  • Background in Security Operations, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, or Recovery is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Candidates MUST have a background in physical security systems.
