The Job

The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining regular communication with the nominated accounts, concentrating on nurturing and developing the client base. This includes resolving issues with existing use and assisting clients to improve utilization of the existing product and any appropriate new products available from simPRO.

 

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team! You will own, manage, and drive the full sales process from first contact through close by performing product demonstrations, building honest relationships with potential customers, and helping potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Ensure development of new business and achieve sales targets (typical transactions value - $300-$1,000 MRR - and velocity - 5 - 7 per month)

  • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log

  • Use knowledge of trade contracting and field service business workflows to promote product benefits and create custom implementation plans for clients and stakeholders.

  • Build a strong, core verticals-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads

  • Deliver compelling and entertaining sales presentations to buyers and buying groups involved in organizations both large and small

  • Develop and execute a sales plan with monthly and quarterly activity updates to expand business into new accounts throughout the region

  • Participate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast and pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing

  • Display understanding of SWOT Analysis by market segment in the assigned regions 

  • Execute personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensure a high conversion rate to qualified lead status and close a high proportion of deals to ensure above quota results are consistently achieved.

  • Generate referrals and qualified leads from industry trade shows, associations and regional networking events

While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it’s important to note they will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude, and overall suitability.

Compensation: $75,000-85,000 USD
