Job Description
NCQA is seeking Account Executives for its growing sales team. This role will play a critical role at NCQA during an exciting time, as NCQA works to advance digital quality and expand digital product offerings to help improve the quality of health care. The Account Executive is responsible for developing strategic relationships with key accounts and supporting these accounts in meeting their quality improvement goals through adoption of NCQA products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support NCQA key accounts to help them improve health care and meet their strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow accounts.
- Manage your time/schedule to meet identified targets.
- Effectively discuss the value of NCQA programs and services and relate it to potential customer organizations.
- Manage regular account reviews and meetings with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales and pipeline targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NCQA programs and the health care industry.
- Identify customer insights to support improvements in sales, marketing or product.
- Identify stakeholders within your accounts and build/strengthen relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate data in Salesforce.
- Other duties to help support the organization, as necessary.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful healthcare sales experience growing new business.
- Experience selling technical/digital healthcare solutions (healthcare tech vendor organization experience a plus).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills with experience in working and communicating with C-suite executives both internally and externally)
- Experience with account planning.
- Numbers-focused. Wants to drive above and beyond goals.
- Ability to work with our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) experience.
- Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI and the value of our programs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively.
- This position will require some travel (once a quarter plus a few conventions a year).
- Four-year college degree and/or equivalent experience in sales.
