Account Executive

Position Summary

As an Account Executive you will proactively prospect, sell, and build a book of business as well as manage the customer experience ensuring retention and upselling of current customers. As the largest independently owned communications company in Minnesota, we offer our customers a leading edge network providing them with fast, reliable broadband and voice. This sales position requires that "hunter" mentality as we are looking to grow our Twin Cities, St. Cloud and Rochester markets.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Associates degree in sales, marketing, business management or equivalent years of experience
• Understanding of consultative selling philosophy
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication skills both written, oral, and listening
• Good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and team
• Creative thinking mindset when problem solving

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Degree in sales, business or related; or equivalent experience
• Experience in the Telecommunications Industry
• Experience working with and selling voice services, such as HPBX, VoIP, PBX, PRI, and SIP
• Experience acting as primary contact with high profile customers ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Salary

$70,000 base plus commission

This position is located in New Hope. MN.
