Account Executive

1VALET is looking for a Territory Manager to join our fast-growing PropTech company. The ideal candidate should be located in Florida and have 1-3 years experience in an Account Executive or similar role selling SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full sales cycle, taking opportunities from start to close
• Conduct in person and virtual demos of our smart building operating system (travel required)
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
• Establish strong and trusting relationships with property management companies, residential building owners, and resident managers by promoting the features, advantages and benefits of 1VALET's diverse product
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and effectively use our CRM (Hubspot)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role at a software company
• Proven track record of success generating opportunities, managing a full sales cycle, and achieving targets
• You're a self starter, driven, and have a hunter mentality
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (for visiting client sites and attending in person meetings)
• Interest in real estate or experience in PropTech is a strong asset!
