Account Executive
Job Description
Duties Include:
- Prospect for new accounts and drive new business development
- Develop and manage a pipeline 4x annual quota
- Achieve or exceed quarterly & annual revenue and margin goals
- Monitor and mediate all communication between customer, vendor, and technical resources within each account
- Be timely and responsive to all customer quotes & inquiries
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer needs
- Attend networking and sales events in assigned territory
- Plan and execute joint sales activity with key services partners
- Build and maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM with 90% accuracy
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Service Delivery Managers
- Learn and follow Xigent's Customer Centric Sales Process
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- C-Level contacts within our target market a plus
- 4+ years of proven success in cloud, managed services, or solution sales position
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients, business partners and team members
- Proactive and self-motivated professional who is resilient and enthusiastic. Able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a great team member
- Strong presentation skills targeting key decision makers
