Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and cutting-edge technology? Join our team as an Account Executive at Simpro Software and play a pivotal role in driving growth and success.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, focusing on businesses seeking innovative SaaS solutions. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals to achieve sales targets.


What You'll Do

Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in selling our B2B SaaS solutions to prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and effectively communicating how our software can provide value and solve their challenges.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives.

Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our SaaS offerings, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of each client.

Sales Pipeline Management: Own, manage, and drive the full sales process, from initial contact and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our SaaS products and adapt your sales strategy as needed.

Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity logs, providing regular updates to the management team.

Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of selling in SaaS or the trades industries, preferably both.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-based software.
  • Strong knowledge of the trades industries.
  • Demonstrated passion for the solution being sold.
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficiency in identifying opportunities and converting them into revenue.
  • Ambitious and committed to personal and professional growth.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car for business purposes.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Base + Commission
