A little about the role…
The SWC rep is responsible for new business acquisition in their territory. They must have a
strong knowledge of what our products do, how our products work, how our products benefit our
customers and workflow norms in the industry for comparison. SWC reps are responsible for
having a working knowledge of the competitive landscape and should have a strong ability to
compare and contrast competitors' product features with those from Procare.
What You’ll Do
On a Daily basis, SWC’s:
- Create new leads and add to cadences with some level of personalization
- Review new leads received from Marketing, SDR’s Implementation, Support and leads referred
- directly to them
- Respond to leads within 1 business day with multiple channels of communication
- Reach out to unresponsive leads to attempt connection multiple times within 7 days
- Perform discovery calls prior to demonstrations to ensure relevant demonstration of products
- services
- Verbally quote price prior to sending in writing and get reaction and confirmation
- Send quotes for leads exiting the demonstration and verbal quote stage
- Negotiate verbally with customers interested our offering but unsure of price
- Closely follow task list in SF and follow up with customers in a timely manner
On a Weekly basis, SWC’s:
- Review orders created for outstanding issues and resolve with customer and pass along
- resolution to finance or implementation
- Review pipeline volume and plan volume needed and alot time for missing volume
- Review opps with closed date in past and resolve or close
- Aggregate customer feedback, complaints, or concerns and share with manager
On a Monthly basis, SWC’s:
- Review quantitative performance with manager
- Review and self score 2 calls
- Request same calls for review and scoring
- Plan for improvement in coming month
- Review plan with manager
- Reflect on effort needed to close month strong and deliver the best possible results
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
- Familiarize themselves with state regulations and norms in their territory
- Complete the necessary amount of activities to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to cash, including:
- finding a prospect proactively
- responding to an inbound prospect in a timely manner
- discovering needs
- conveying product knowledge
- mapping product features to customer needs
- explaining benefit of features
- negotiating pricing including software fees and processing rates
- executing docusign contracts
- converting them to a customer
- capturing and passing along needed information for downstream functions like implementation and account management
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues along with passing to the correct peers and departments
- Keep accurate data for the effective completion of a sale

Salary
$55k - 70k DOE + Variable
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.Date Posted
