Account Executive
Job Description

The North American Enterprise Strategic Account Team for the Western region handles the largest Citrix customers by revenue and potential. The Account Executive will work closely with the ATS (Account Technical Specialist) to manage all account revenue: renewals, growth, services, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Understand a target customer's initiatives & business challenges, as well as structure a competitive solution and winning proposal
- Become a trusted advisor of the company's C Suite (CIO, CTO, etc.)
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals, while upholding best practices
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
Basic Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- 12+ years relevant experience
- 5-10 years experience successfully selling into Large Enterprises
Preferred Qualifications
- Consistent Track Record of exceeding quota
- A demonstrated capability for accessing key executives in the C Suite
- A team player, who wants to contribute & learn
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $166,558-$185,064 CA generally ranges; $173,799-$193,110 All other locations fall under our General State range; $144,833-$160,925 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
