Job Description:
Are you an experienced closer who thrives in a consultative sales environment? We're seeking a dynamic and skilled closer to join our rapidly growing team, focusing on pre-qualified medical practice owners eager to elevate their businesses through digital marketing. This role offers a competitive salary and performance bonuses while allowing you to work exclusively with warm leadsβno cold calling required!
Responsibilities:
Conduct 4-6 scheduled video consultations daily with pre-qualified medical practice owners.
Lead discovery sessions to identify key challenges, including patient acquisition costs, marketing ROI, and growth goals.
Present customized demos of our AI platform, showcasing how we optimize marketing spend and enhance patient acquisition.
Manage your sales pipeline in Hubspot, ensuring detailed tracking of lead status, next steps, and opportunities.
Execute systematic follow-ups, including same-day meeting summaries, proposals, and regular check-ins.
Facilitate smooth client transitions to our onboarding team by documenting practice information and making introductions.
Track progress toward quarterly revenue targets that influence performance bonuses.
Tools You'll Use:
Zoom for face-to-face consultations with practice owners
Hubspot for pipeline management and email tracking
Google Voice for direct communication
Sales Playbook with tested scripts and responses
Custom Demo Environment of our AI platform
Digital Proposal and Contract Tools
Success Metrics:
Convert 30-40% of qualified consultations into clients.
Build a robust pipeline of 40-50 active opportunities.
Maintain detailed and current records in Hubspot.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently to earn performance bonuses.
Receive positive feedback from new clients about their sales experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process.
Qualifications:
3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing services, healthcare technology, or professional services.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles independently.
Strong English communication skills, with excellent video presence and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM (preferred) or similar sales management platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and ability to communicate value effectively.
Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively
