Job Summary
RPA is seeking an Account Executive to join the Account Management, La-Z-Boy team. You’ll be an integral member on this full-service account and cultivating relationships with our long-term clients. 2-4 years account management and agency experience required. Will manage brand and digital media (programmatic, paid/organic social, digital video) projects. An overall understanding of production and digital marketing is preferred. Must be a team player, be cognizant and pro-active of client/agency needs, intellectually curious, a critical/nuaced thinker, methodical, and strategically minded. Must be able to confidently handle a variety of client needs at a time. In addition, must be able to lead, work well with different departments within the agency, motivate and provide guidance to the media, creative and project management teams. Possess strong leadership qualities. Must have very strong organizational and communication skills (both written and oral). Duties may include: working with the team to write creative briefs, assisting with the development of tactical & strategic recommendations and solutions based on client objectives, facilitating internal and client reviews. Overseeing TV & digital trafficking and campaign management. Managing the annual competitive analysis. Leading administrative tasks (billing, scheduling, travel, coordinating client entertainment, and organization). Assisting organic social creative, strategic, and reporting process. Candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills. Must thrive in fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include executing a variety of projects as assigned. The Account Executive must be positive, diplomatic, motivated, proactive, and assertive. The role is to be an advocate for the client's business while making the internal teams can thrive, a creative problem-solver, and valuable member of the team.
What You’ll Be Working OnÂ
Some duties of the position include, but not limited to, the following:Â
- Ensure all campaigns run on time and with the correct creative rotation
- Monitor data/reporting eco-system/cadence
- Position internal teams to be as successful as possible while ensuring client goals are met
- Deep understanding of client's business, various campaigns, and tactics in order to anticipate client and internal team's needs to execute complex plans
- Organize client deliverables, internal reviews, and manage change/updates between versions
- Lead weekly client agenda/topics
- Be point person/lead for external vendor relationships
How You’ll Excel In Your RoleÂ
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Be intellectually curious and thoughtful and know it's ok to have a point of view up for discussion
- A strong passion for advertising/marketing and knowledge of the digital marketing concepts is key
- Understanding of media reporting KPIs and media attribution
- Understanding of various creative processes and production of including television, digital/social, and programmatic
- Â Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel & Word, and budget management
- Â Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision; effective client and Agency relationship skills, possess leadership skills.
- Understanding of trafficking processes, creative testing/rotation, and campaign management
- Candidate should possess strong attention to detail
- Should be proactive and communicative about project status
- Must thrive in fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously
- Must work well with different departments within the agency, motivate and provide guidance to the media, creative/production/tech and project management teams
- Â Possess strong leadership qualities.
This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.Â
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $2,708.33 - $2,916.66, with an annualized equivalent of $65,000 - $70,000.
