The Role: 

As account executive, you’ll be challenging prospects’ thinking to help realize competitive advantages utilizing Black Swan Data platform. You will be working in a highly matrixed team with SDR’s, Solutions Consultants and Industry Experts, to command the sales experience. You will be responsible for executing sales operational directives, to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals as well as meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.  You will target, open, and close net new logo named accounts in an expansive territory to increase ARR in the company. 


What you will be doing: 

  • Diagnose and uncover the problems that clients are facing in innovation and growth strategy
  • Help surface challenges and work a Challenger methodology selling process to position Black Swan Data against uncovered needs.
  • Drive new business new business ARR pipeline via networking and outbound strategies
  • Build and manage a large pipeline of opportunities designed to exceed quota with an emphasis on out quarter build to satisfy company ARR linearity
  • Heavy amount of account research to develop point of view analysis for prospecting
  • Attend networking events and conferences to generate leads and develop domain knowledge
  • Excite and energize clients on how our solutions can solve those challenges, citing examples of how we have done it for other clients 
  • Understand and define measures of success for client and jointly define ROI value outcomes
  • Lead an outbound strategy to build a healthy territory of business
  • Flawlessly Execute a highly sophisticated sales process with multiple stakeholders to maximize win ratios

 

About you: 

  • Strong working experience 
  • You are hugely curious, will constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • You will seek feedback at every opportunity so you can be the best team members. 
  • Working with enterprise-scale clients, emphasis in CPG a plus
  • SaaS, Data and analytics experience
  • Understanding of market research landscape, intricacies of innovation processes and other solutions in the category such as social listening platforms.
  • Individual Contributor role
  • Market research +/or CPG experience helpful

Remote or Hybrid Working – Remote is fully remote from anywhere in the US and Hybrid is up to 60% of your working hours every month can be done remotely and the other 40% in our Hub in New York

Annual Salary - $150k base excluding commission (double OTE)
