Position Summary:

This position provides solutions to enterprise accounts in the insurance and financial service industries. The role engages with enterprise prospects and current enterprise clients and is responsible for maintaining and developing quality relationships with the economic buyers and influencers of key prospects and clients. The role focuses on identifying viable opportunities and recommending solutions that build long-term renewable and profitable revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

    • Identify and establish mutually beneficial enterprise relationships that lead to hyper-revenue growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
    • Effectively navigate enterprise organizations to identify the key economic buyers/influencers to prospect, present and close business within identified segment(s).
    • Negotiate sales agreements, and work closely with leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements for purchases and product delivery.
    • Expertly represent and demonstrate solutions, and technologies to existing and emerging markets

    • Prospect and develop new business accounts to help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
    • Maintain and report accurate records on all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, emails, face to face meetings, webinar presentations, closes and follow up activities.
    • Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to develop effective promotional materials and sales campaigns.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of B2B/enterprise and/or B2B/national account sales experience
  • Consultative, solution selling experience in a business to business role along with contract negotiation experience
  • Ability to document and display contract negotiation experience with enterprise clients
  • Experience working with and expanding National Account relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales skills and able to accurately present all solutions offered in a confident and competent manner
  • Strong networking skills and ability to cultivate new and existing relationships
  • Must be a team oriented individual that has the ability to work collaboratively across all departments (Sales, Customer Service, Business Services, Product, Marketing and Content Development)
  • Success and a track record of forming customer relationships which have resulted in long-term productive and profitable business relationships
  • Career minded, driven and entrepreneurial individual who can work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of computers and applications including CRM, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other emerging technologies.

Other Requirements (Travel, Shifts, Physical Demands, etc.):

  • Travel as needed to engage with clients
  • Valid driver's license and an ability to maintain business expense submissions for reimbursement.
