This role is focused on driving new business growth within a fast-scaling SaaS environment, where you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will engage with multiple stakeholders in the auto repair industry, positioning a cloud-based platform that transforms how shops operate, serve customers, and grow sustainably. The position requires a mix of strategic selling, consultative discovery, and strong execution in a high-velocity environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer acquisition and onboarding. This is a highly autonomous role where performance, ownership, and results directly shape both individual success and company growth. It is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Accountabilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospect organizations and manage multi-threaded sales opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and business needs to position tailored value propositions.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams by providing structured feedback from the field to improve messaging and product direction.
- Partner with customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption after deal closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships within the industry to generate pipeline and expand market presence.
- Contribute to strategic sales initiatives, including outreach campaigns, events, and field engagement activities.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or inside sales roles with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close complex deals in a consultative selling environment.
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail in a high-activity sales environment.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer engagement and industry events.
